Log into your Intag account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
